Information collection and use

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to establish network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this information or use it for tracking.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.

Opt-out rights

There is no account or personal-data collection to opt out of during normal use. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Data Retention

Stockeo does not collect or retain personal data from normal use of Journey Brief on its servers.

Because the Service Provider does not collect or store personal information through normal use of the Application, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for that use.

If you voluntarily contact Stockeo by email, the correspondence may remain in the relevant email system only as needed to respond to your request and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.

Data Deletion

There is no Journey Brief account or server-side user profile to delete.

Since the Service Provider does not collect or store personal information through normal use of Journey Brief, there is no server-side application data requiring a deletion request.

If you voluntarily send personal information to Stockeo by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence or personal information by contacting support@stockeo.ink, subject to any information the Service Provider is required to retain by applicable law.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or market the Application to them.

Security and breach notification

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data is limited. No security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a security incident affects personal information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, Stockeo will handle notification obligations as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a change, consent will be requested before that change takes effect.

Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
